Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines
Web Developer Intern
Oct 2024 - Present
Throughout my journey as a web developer intern, working on both the front-end and back-end of a website was not entirely new to me. I already had experience creating websites for my previous projects and when I first applied for this position. However, what was new to me was using different tools and programming languages compared to those I was familiar with.

What surprised me the most was my ability to quickly adapt and successfully complete the tasks assigned to me. One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to connect a website to a domain and officially launch it, as it was my first time doing so. Despite starting with zero knowledge in this area, I managed to accomplish it, and it became my first official project where I launched a website independently.

Another challenge I encountered was search engine optimization (SEO), something I knew little about. Managing the website's SEO was one of my tasks, so I had to learn how to optimize it effectively. Special thanks to Ms. Lorelie from the Responsible Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Council of AAP, who guided me through SEO optimization. I learned a lot from her, and her support significantly helped me complete the task successfully.
